Star signs are on the brain, I can’t help it with our new June e-catalog! For today’s DIY I was inspired by the constellations for each zodiac sign. These little zodiac note cards are so much fun to make – I’d love to have a whole bunch for my sign, Scorpio. It’s also a great way to personalize the note cards you send depending on the sign of the person you’re sending it to!
The inspiration: our Star Sign Pillows
What you need: paper*, scissors, a fine point black sharpie, needle and thread.
*to give it an added special touch, I used paper that had been lightly coated with watercolors
Using the pillow as a guide, I marked little black X’s for each star in the constellation. I left the extra stars out until later so I wouldn’t get confused 
Next, take your needle and thread and stitch the lines of the constellation.
Once you’re finished stitching, you can go back and add some more stars. That’s all there is to it!
